We are a large research lab working under the administration of the University of Central Florida’s Institute for Simulation and Training here in sunny Central Florida. Our lab has developed the reputation as one of the nation's premier resources in Human Performance, Human Robotic Interaction, and Simulation & Training.

What makes us stand out? The ACTIVE Lab emphasizes anticipating our sponsor’s needs and carrying them out with high levels of expertise and accuracy. Our interdisciplinary team is comprised of research leads, support staff, and students that focus on all details of the research process and how findings might transfer to the Department of Defense and industry.
