Stephanie became a member of the ACTIVE Lab in 2009.  Her current research experience revolves around virtual reality and simulator aftereffects. She also has industry experience collaborating with various companies with the use of parabolic flight as a means to measure the effects of motion on hormone fluctuations and sleep efficiency. Her research interests include: sleep, circadian rhythms and human performance, and how these interactions change with age. Stephanie also teaches Sleep and Dreams at UCF regional campuses seasonally.
